Freeze-dried candies are delicate and fragile and may experience breakages during transport. Our freeze-dried candies are packed in disposable bags to ensure they reach our customers safely.
Shipping & Delivery Info
We endeavour to have all orders packed and sent within 3 business days of receiving them.
Domestic
All parcels are tracked and tracking numbers will be provided once the parcel has been sent.
Delivery times may vary as the product is shipped from Pokeno, Waikato. We do expect delivery to be between 1 - 3 business days of being sent.
Any deliveries to rural addresses may take slightly longer.
We cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes due to shipping requirements.
Australia

Due to large shipping costs we request contact is made first so that we can go through shipping options with you, however please be aware that shipping to Australia can be very expensive as the rate is calculated by weight by courier companies and is entirely out of our control.
All orders require a valid Australian phone number to have included on the customs declaration.
If your package is damaged in transit, or does not arrive within a reasonable amount of time, please contact with us within 7 business days of your order being finalised at info@sweetastreats.co.nz

Absolutely!! We can do baby showers, birthday parties, work christmas favours, corporate gifts etc. Get in touch with us at info@sweetastreats.co.nz with any requests you may have and we will do our very best to make it happen.
How long will my order take to get to me?
We endeavor to have your order ready for collection by courier within two business days of receiving your order.
